As a registered nurse- herbalist with over 20 years of experience in the world of holistic health I bridge the worlds of scientific understanding of the human body with the healing powers of herbs, food and energetic medicine.

Through my years of study and my own healing journey I have come to understand that all illness comes from some combination of nutrient deficiency, toxicity, and emotional or spiritual imbalances creating a state of dis-ease in the body. Once the root cause stressors are removed the body is able to begin the process of self-repair and regeneration.

Through my work in community health nursing, private herbal consultations, and holistic health education I seek to connect people with the knowledge and tools to be empowered in their own health and healthcare.

In a world of physical and emotional toxicity this reclamation of vibrant health is a radical act of self-love.
